About our emails

If you received an email from us with a test result about your company, this page explains why, where your address came from, and how to stop any further email.

Who we are

Outnamed is a service of AdsFair B.V., Albert Plesmanplein 20, 2805 AB Gouda, The Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce no. 60126035). The sender is Henkjan de Krijger. You can reach him at henkjan@adsfair.xyz.

Why you received it

We measure which companies AI assistants name when buyers ask for a recommendation. We ran such a test for a question in your category and emailed you the result, because it concerns your company directly. The email is a commercial message: we offer a paid service that follows from the test.

We write to companies in the United States and the United Kingdom, one at a time. We do not send bulk mailings.

Where your address came from

From your own company website or your official company profile, where it is published as a business contact address. We do not buy address lists and we do not use private addresses. If you ask, we tell you the exact page.

What the test is

We asked one buying question several times to AI assistants through their official programming interfaces, with web search switched on, and counted which companies were named. The email states the date, the assistants and the exact question, so you can repeat it. Answers vary from run to run, and answers in the apps can differ slightly; the numbers describe our runs on that date and nothing more.

How to stop

Reply “stop” to the email, or write to henkjan@adsfair.xyz. We then stop at once and keep only your address on a do-not-contact list, so that we do not write to you again.

Your data

We hold your business email address, your name and role where your company publishes them, your company name and the test result. We use them only to send you this result and, if you answer, to reply. Our legal ground is our legitimate interest in offering a business service to companies it concerns. You may object at any time; we then stop. We keep these details for at most twelve months after our last contact, unless you become a customer. You have the right to see, correct or delete your data, and to complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or to the authority in your own country.
