Short terms for a pilot. If you become a customer you receive the full agreement in writing before you pay.

The free test

• The test is free and comes with no obligation.
• The numbers describe our runs on the stated date: which companies the assistants named, and how often. Answers vary between runs and over time. The test is a measurement, not a ranking and not a judgement of your company.
• We do our best to count correctly. If you find a mistake, tell us and we correct it.

The paid service

• $490 per month, excluding VAT or sales tax where it applies, paid monthly in advance by card through Paddle. You can stop at any time; the service then ends at the end of the paid month.
• You email us what you want to be found for. We turn that into buying questions and work through them in order of value, a new set each month.
• We do not guarantee that an assistant will name you. The assistants decide what they answer. We commit to the measurement and to the work described in your agreement.
• Pages we write for your website become yours once paid.
• If we publish an article about you on a website of our own, it is labelled as advertising and its links are marked as sponsored.

Confidentiality

Your results and anything you tell us about your business stay between us. We may use totals without company names to learn what assistants cite.

Liability and law

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event that caused the damage. Dutch law applies. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory law says otherwise.
