We keep as little as we can. This page says what, why and for how long.

Who is responsible

When you request a free scan

• We receive your company website and your email address.
• We use them to run the scan (we read public reviews of your company and compare you with competitors), to show and email you the result, and to send you one email a week with what to fix next.
• To stop those emails, reply “stop” to any of them or write to henkjan@adsfair.xyz. We do not pass your details on.
• We keep them for at most twelve months, or for as long as you are a customer.

When we run a test

The buying question is sent to the AI assistants (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity) through their programming interfaces. The question contains no personal details, only a product or service category. We store the answers and the count of named companies.

When you visit this site

• No advertising cookies and no third-party trackers.
• We count, without cookies and without storing your IP address, which parts of the page are viewed and whether the form works. We use this only to improve the page.
• The site is hosted by Vercel, which processes technical request data to deliver the pages.

When you pay

Payments are handled by Paddle, which acts as the seller of record: Paddle receives your payment details and sends your receipt. We do not see or store your card number. The checkout loads only when you press the subscription button.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete your data, and you may object to our use of it. Write to henkjan@adsfair.xyz; we answer within a month. You may also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or to the authority in your own country.
